Sansyl Group Acquires Blue Donkey Media B.V.

CHATSWORTH, Calif.—AdultPrime parent company the Sansyl Group has fully acquired Blue Donkey Media B.V., the company behind, among others, the website and television channel Meiden van Holland. The acquisition includes all business activities as well as 100 percent of the shares. All current staff will remain employed. In addition to Meiden van Holland, Blue Donkey Media's portfolio includes Belgian channel Vurig Vlaanderen. "With this strategic acquisition, Sansyl Group strengthens its market position and becomes the largest provider of erotic entertainment in The Netherlands and Belgium," a spokesperson said.
