Lilly Bell Gets a Little Butch in New ‘Tomboyish’ Scene for AT

MONTREAL—Popular starlet Lilly Bell brings the boyish-ness to a new scene titled “Tomboyish: Sporty Tomboy Strap-Fucks GF In All Three Holes,” a lighthearted lesbian romp co-starring fellow Spiegler Girl Scarlett Alexis, for Adult Time. “This pairing is so hot,” Bell gushed to AVN. “I’ve worked with Scarlet once before, and our connection was instant. We also made out previously at the AVN White Party before we worked together, so we also knew that our connection was instant, just by that make out. “Not only is she fun and hot to work with, but she’s also just an all-around amazing human being,” Bell added, with a sweet shout-out to her scene partner. A fan favorite, Bell has been multi-nominated for AVN Awards since her breakout year in 2022, most recently for Female Performer of the Year in 2025. Her roles have ranged from cosplay heroines to seductive sirens—but never a tomboy onscreen, the 29-year old confessed. “Growing up I definitely had a tomboy phase where I only wore pants, then I got very girly as time went on,” she said. “But I would say, in my older years—I am definitely a switch. If I’m not on-set or out on the town, I’m definitely a tomboy in the way that I dress and I definitely never wear makeup unless I have to. “But I think girls and guys can be into different type of people that are more butch,” Bell added. “I liked the chance to be able to do something different. I’ve never played a more masc tomboy lesbian before. I always get booked as the lipstick lesbian so it’s fun to be a character I’m not used to. Plus being paired with Scarlet it doesn’t get better than that.” “An athletic tomboy (Bell), exercises in a gym, radiating confidence and sweat. Meanwhile, her girlfriend (Alexis) hungrily admires her strong, sexy girlfriend, eagerly waiting for Bell’s attention and captivated by her athletic form. Bell admitted that, for her, strap-on sex is an acquired taste, having been on both the giving and receiving end of that scenario. “Honestly, it depends. I would say that’s a case-by-case basis, depending on the talent, but personally in my opinion, I’m not the biggest fan of straps—but every now and again it’s nice to have something deep on your G-spot while you’re teasing your clit.” Given the opportunity to top exotic brunette Alexis in “Tomboyish,” the lusty blonde willingly put in the work. “With topping, I think there is definitely an art to strapping.
