Amy Taylor is this Week’s Guest on Adult Site Broker Talk

Amy was born in New England but grew up in California. As a teen and young adult, she balanced the life of a student with modeling. She was a sorority girl at UC Berkeley when she first began to learn about sex work – a vocation that’s a far cry from her field of study in school.

“I studied molecular biology in undergrad and then unfortunately I found out that I did not really like working in biotech,” Amy said on the podcast. “Studying something isn’t the same as doing it for a living and maybe I should have done an internship in something more similar to find out earlier.”

After undergrad, when working in biotech for low wages, she was a sugar baby. Not wanting to marry early, she opted instead to move to Los Angeles and get an MBA. It was then that she began to work as an escort.

After graduate school and during her first career job in the petroleum industry, Amy was a part-time companion to a few gentlemen. She also continued to model, part time, as the Los Angeles area provided a lot of opportunities.

She was outed by a pimp who wanted to control her career, was forced to take legal action, but then founder herself experiencing firsthand the stigma associated with being a sex worker.

Amy decided to turn her favorite hobby, aviation, into a part-time job while continuing to escort and model.

Amy recently moved to New York City, where she “continues to see a few loyal friends, model when it seems fun, fly planes part-time, and generally enjoy life, spending time with her friends, family, and her little dog,” according to the episode announcement.
