Sensex Studios Gears Up for Summer Launch

LOS ANGELES—The creative team behind Sensex Studios believes that a good story is the foundation of a successful film and that "innovation is key to success.” The “new-age” production company—founded by adult industry veterans in late 2022 in Las Vegas—is gearing up for its official launch this summer with a mission to provide high-end, story-driven content through its subscription services at Sensex.com. “We started in early December of last year, so we’ve been shooting for almost six months,” a company spokesperson tells AVN. “We’re getting pretty close to launching now. We’ve been going nonstop ever since we decided to do this and doing really high-quality, cinematic productions. We do a lot of voiceovers and try to do something really cool in every movie. “We just recently did something with Aiden Ashley and Jewelz Blu where they were fire dancing and riding camels.” Sensex’s luxury-themed scenes often involve private jets, helicopters, yachts and exotic cars such as Ferrari’s and Lamborghini’s. They already has traveled to Europe twice, shooting top talent in Prague and Budapest, with plans for a trip to Mexico in the coming weeks. The studio indicated it is deep in post production on its first feature film, Doppelganger, with plans to unveil it this summer. Billed as a comedy and starring Melissa Stratton and Ella Reese, Doppelgänger explores the concept of duality, setting the tone for the kind of content that Sensex intends to produce. Kay Lovely also appears in Doppelgänger along with Quinton James, Alex Mack and Ryan McLane. Sensex—which works closely with producer/director Phoenix Wynn and videographer Chris Alessandra—has shot several established performers as they prepare for launch, including Natalia Starr, Scarlett Sage, Lilly Bell, Braylin Bailey, Jazlyn Ray, Kate Dalia, Vanna Bardot, Emma Hix, Little Caprice and Amber Moore, among others. “It wouldn’t really make sense for us to do something other than high-end,” the Sensex spokesperson says. “We’re not doing gonzo or anything like that. It’s a lot more expensive to do something of this quality.”
