Doc Johnson, Gallery Dept. Release New Shirt Collection

NORTH HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Pleasure product manufacturer Doc Johnson and luxury streetwear brand Gallery Dept. have released their second collection of co-branded shirts. Gallery Dept. is a unisex clothing brand based in Los Angeles, and founded by artist and designer Josué Thomas. According to its website, with each garment, Gallery Dept. “strives to re-purpose and re-imagine that which inspires us into something new.” The first round of Gallery Dept. x Doc Johnson shirts sold out quickly and has been seen on celebrities such as Travis Barker, Ja Morant and Von Miller. While those options are no longer officially available, their resale value on sites such as StockX has more than tripled. Rapper 2 Chainz (pictured) donned one of the new designs, Body Cocktails, on his most recent tour. Doc Johnson CEO Chad Braverman says he admires what Gallery Dept. has done and hopes the collaborations between the two companies continue. “Josué knows what he’s doing,” Braverman commented. “I have been impressed with his collections for a long time, and it’s a true pleasure to work alongside him to see what can be done with the Doc Johnson brand.” The new tees are named Body Cocktails, Toymaker and Dead Batteries, the last of which features classic Doc Johnson pop art of a crying eye with the caption “My batteries died!” The shirts retail for $325 and $350. As all of Gallery Dept.’s collections are limited-run. To see or purchase them, go to Gallery Dept.’s website. For more information, contact your sales representative or email [email protected].
