Pornhub Announces Details of Fifth Annual Awards Show

NEW YORK—Pornhub announced Thursday that the fifth annual Pornhub Awards are set to unfold on April 20, 2023. The nominees for the 2023 Pornhub Awards have been announced on the official awards website, www.pornhub.com/awards. Pornhub will be rewarding all winners with cash prizes as well as supporting grassroots social justice organization Sex Workers Outreach Project (SWOP) Behind Bars with a donation marking a renewal of its partnership with the group.  Fans are encouraged to cast their votes in the fan-voting categories on the official awards website, which is open now through April 10. The winners will be announced at www.pornhub.com/awards on April 20, 2023 at 11 a.m. ET/ 8 a.m. PT, followed by an exclusive, in-person celebration for all nominees in Los Angeles that evening. Creative duo TheIon Pack will DJ the event and compose the musical score for the winners’ videos. The evening is being produced by Barlow & Sons. An announcement will be issued in the coming weeks revealing this year’s headliner, one of the world’s biggest pop acts. Celebrated fashion designer Luis De Javier (Beyoncé, Kim Kardashian, Julia Fox, Cardi B, Rihanna) is the exclusive designer of this year’s Pornhub Awards. Known for his futuristic, bold and sexually-charged designs, De Javier will be dressing Pornhub ambassadors Asa Akira, Kira Noir, Natassia Dreams and Pornhub Aria in custom pieces inspired by the Pornhub brand. De Javier will also be opening his archive to dress five selected nominee muses including Cherie Deville, Kayley Gunner, Kazumi, Luna Star and Scarlit Scandal. His inclusivity and recognition of our industry is to be applauded.” SWOP Behind Bars is a national social justice network dedicated to the fundamental human rights of sex workers, victims of trafficking, and their communities with a focus on those currently incarcerated or seeking re-entry. The organization was selected by Pornhub based on the strength of its mission and to help support and build its Community Support Line & Resource Database initiative. This year’s awards will recognize performers, channels and networks in 50 categories—the most ever in the awards’ five-year history—and include a number of new categories that celebrate diversity and inclusivity. In addition, the nighttime celebration will mark the first in-person gathering for honorees since 2019.
