SecurModel.com Launches App for Creators to Do Model Releases

LOS ANGELES—SecurModel.com has launched its new mobile application designed for content creators to generate model releases. The app gives creators the option to create both standard and custom model releases and says it is the only such app compatible with OnlyFans and other similar platforms on the market. The founders of SecurModel.com say that because of the regulations set by the platforms and the needs of creators the need has arisen to have a consent contract. That means that collaborations between content creators are usually linked to a “slow and cumbersome process” to print, fill out, sign and scan the model release documents that must later be attached along with their videos and photos, according to SecurModel.com. SecurModel says it facilitates this process “quickly and safely.” The founders say the app has a standard release model (one for US regulations, including the 2257 compliance form, and another for European regulations) that is “quick and easy” to fill out.  “In a matter of a minute you have the document ready, which you can download to your devices in various formats (PDF, Word and JPG) or send directly via e-mail or messaging applications such as WhatsApp,” the company says. “If the content creator works with OnlyFans or some other platform that has its own model release, there is no problem.” From SecurModel, creators can download the document from any platform or can also scan it and save it to use later it as many times as the creator needs. The application allows creators to store contracts safely with the possibility of sorting by folders by title, date or the model’s name. SecurModel also helps creators respond to content theft and piracy, as it has a DMCA form to delete stolen content.
