Fresh Faces: Sofi Vega

A version of this feature appears in the January issue of AVN magazine.  LOS ANGELES—Sofi Vega tells AVN she’s a woman of “simple tastes.” “I love to dance, enjoy good food, travel, visit new places and since I was a kid I always felt special attachment to animals,” says the Colombian stunner, who made her adult performing debut in March 2022. “But above all I love hanging out at night with good friends and drink good cocktails. By the way, sex is another great interest of mine in my private life…” Meanwhile, Sofi’s public life is becoming more visible with every new scene as the 27-year-old starlet continues to raise her profile in sizzling performances like the one she delivered with Little Caprice for the Caprice Divas series. Titled “Drifting Together,” Miss Vega meets the three-time AVN International Female Performer of the Year Little Caprice for a gratuitous session of sensual lesbian sex under the direction of Marcello Bravo—who is Caprice’s husband and partner in LiittleCaprice-Dreams.com. “Working with them was great because they are a very kind, professional and creative couple,” Vega says. “It was the first time I met Little Caprice and it was a really nice encounter since we immediately had a good chemistry and communication and the work flow was really delightful. Marcello Bravo is also really dedicated and involved.” Sofi continues, “It was a very passionate and moving moment. Though the scene was quite soft, the experience was surprisingly very intense and pleasurable. I would say that my favorite part was the care of each detail in the production and the photography of the scene, making it very special and of great quality.” Little Caprice tells AVN that she and Marcello already have shot two scenes with Vega—the second scene for Xpervo is not yet on the site. “Oh my god, that lesbo scene is amazing—for me a new award scene,” says Caprice, who has won Best International Lesbian Sex Scene for three straight years. “All was perfect. Two hot girls with different skin color, the location, the light setup, the camerawork from Marcello and of course, two passionate girls drifting together.” Vega, the native of Cali, Colombia, kicked off her career by doing girl/girl scenes in Prague and since has done about 20 scenes in Europe—about half of which are boy/girl. “My first scene was a girl/girl anal,” Sofi recalls. “At the beginning I felt a bit nervous but since I already had some experience with sex toys when working on webcam, I could relax during shooting and really let myself go. “The production team was also very professional so everything went smooth for me and I really enjoyed it. Therefore I felt so thankful for the actress I worked with and all the crew!” Vega, who was 21 when she debuted as a webcam model in Colombia, started camming first on LiveJasmin for a couple years and then later switched to Chaturbate for two more. Sofi stepped away from camming in 2021, but she tells AVN it was while she was a cam girl that she became curious about taking the next step. “The adult business seemed very close but I was still unsure about it so I asked my friend, Canela Skin, who recommended me some agencies,” Vega says. “And indeed the jump to adult video productions felt so natural and the producers were surprised with my communication skills with the camera.” She says her favorite part of being in the industry so far is “definitely getting to know new people.” “The people who are part of the industry are very open-minded and I love to share professional experiences with them,” Sofi explains. “I would say it is always a nice chance to learn more about life in general, still having fun at the same time.” Sofi reveals that prior to adult she was an artistic director who worked at a company producing audiovisual productions—a job that she liked a lot. “I Iearned so much and enjoyed the creative drive and the constant pursuit to make something new and be brave enough to do it,” Sofi continues. “I started while at University when I became friends with people in the field and was brought into this world that fascinated me. But I initially was a total amateur in it. I was very passionate about it and therefore I worked hard for two years in it.” Now she is applying that same work ethic as an adult actress, discovering things about herself along the way. “I found out that I can enjoy my sexuality more openly and that it is a never-ending world of discoveries,” Sofi says. “And I deeply enjoy to explore new experiences and emotions though this job. “I understand myself, too, as a more open person, avoiding any kind of taboos or prejudices.” She is optimistic about what the future holds. “I believe I am a very positive person,” Vega says. “I am cheerful and love to smile and laugh all the time. Over time I have learned to be also patient and to be a good listener. “I like to share my time with people and to give my best whenever I can be on set and in my private life.” Little Caprice believes Vega is headed for big things in adult. “She is super cute and work very professional,” Caprice says. “She is just short in the business for movies but we can see that she work many years as a photo model and in front of the webcam. She know exactly how to be in front of the camera and she know how to bring me to orgasm. She have a big potential and we can’t wait to shoot her again.” When Sofi considers where she will dedicate her energy this year, she tells AVN, “I want to continue focusing on my work.” “I am really enjoying this moment of my life and I want to keep doing my best in the next shootings as I hope to share my experiences and adventures with more and more people and hopefully help them enjoy my content!”  Photography by Marcello Bravo
