CAMStars Open 2023 AVN Show in Vegas

LOS ANGELES—The MyFreeCams model known as AshleyyLovee says her invitation to join the opening ceremony of the 2023 AVN Show came as a complete surprise. “I got the email about the ribbon cutting and honestly I didn’t know if it was a mistake or it went out to like everybody,” she says. “And I asked my friend about it and she told me about the ribbon cutting and I was so honored and very excited to be part of such an important start to the whole weekend. “It’s been three years since we’ve been here and I’ve missed it so much and I’m so happy to be back. To be part of the opening ceremony was incredible.” AshleyyLovee, who was the October 2022 AVN CAMStar, joined fellow CAMStars Reya Sunshine (April 2021), Addi Lee (June 2021) and Cosmic Neko (February 2020) along with AVN CEO Tony Rios for the official opening of the 2023 AVN Adult Entertainment Expo on Wednesday afternoon at Resorts World Las Vegas. The world’s largest adult expo—happening in person for the first time since January 2020—will continue through Saturday at the all-new Resorts World LV on The Strip. “Oh my gosh, I’m just so happy to be here because I missed everyone,” Cosmic Neko says. “And it’s just like—I don’t want to say nostalgic—but it feels good to be with everybody again and welcome everybody back. It feels like we’re finally getting back to normalcy.” The 2023 AVN Show will feature four distinct events, starting with the renowned AVN Expo—which is celebrating its 25th anniversary—ANE, the GayVN Awards and the 40th annual AVN Awards Show. The conference is bringing together thousands of adult stars and content creators along with more than 500 exhibitors showcasing the latest innovations and newest developments across the adult entertainment spectrum. AshleyyLovee tells AVN she’ll be setting up her laptop to go live from the show floor along with hundreds of her MFC sisters this week. “I will be camming periodically, maybe a little bit earlier and more towards the end of the convention,” Ashley says. “But I should be streaming probably every day. “I do want to spend more time walking around. The first three years I went I really didn’t spend much time touring the convention, I just kind of cammed the whole time. So this year I want to venture around a little bit more and meet more people and spend a little bit more time socializing and not just camming.” Reya Sunshine, meanwhile, will co-host the AVN Awards on Saturday night with Abella Danger, seven years after making her first appearance at the AVN Show.
