Delphine Films Debuts New Scene With Lexi Luna, Alex Coal

LOS ANGELES—Delphine Films has debuted the Halloween-themed “Girl Next Door,” a new release with Lexi Luna and Alex Coal from first-time director Wesley Pipes (not to be confused with the veteran performer of the same name). “Working with Lexi and Alex on a horror theme shoot was quite different. The two were so pleasant and professional to work with, even though we were shooting late into the night to set the mood,” Pipes said. “While it is my first time directing in this world, they made it a stress-free environment to explore all my ideas. The intimacy between them was undeniable, as it was apparent when we could barely pull them apart to end the scene.” The story opens with Luna as Finley, who just moved to a new home after her divorce. She notices that the last owners left a lot of things behind and that she hears weird noises through the walls every day. But when her neighbor Mildred (Coal) comes to visit, she realizes that she is not just someone who lives next door, and instead has a secret that will change everything.
