CLEAR Launches Concierge Service in South Florida

LOS ANGELES — CLEAR, the PASS-certified testing facility in Miami, on Monday announced the launch of CLEAR Concierge for performers in South Florida. CLEAR Concierge allows performers to book an appointment to be tested at a location of their choice anywhere in Broward or Dade counties. "We know many performers live outside our immediate area and often spend as much as $100 to Uber to our draw station and back," said CLEAR CEO Humberto Buniotto. "CLEAR Concierge is not only more convenient, saving them an hour or two every time they test, but may also be more cost-effective in many cases.” CLEAR Concierge costs $79 in addition to the test panel performers select when booking. Performers can book appointments in the CLEAR app by visiting app.getclrd.com, and they are available the same day in most cases. On the day of the appointment, CLEAR sends a text message with a link where performers can track their phlebotomist’s live location and estimated arrival time. “At CLEAR privacy is one of our top priorities, so our staff shows up in an unmarked vehicle to ensure a super discrete service," Buniotto said. "Our goal is to provide white glove service, and we are in and out in 20 minutes or less." Buniotto continued, “At the height of COVID, we were doing dozens of off-site appointments for cruise lines, movie studios, employers, and more, while covering an area that stretched from Orlando to Naples and Key West. We live in a world where things are delivered to our doorstep from Amazon to DoorDash and more; testing should be no different.
