Gamma Entertainment Acquires Open Life Entertainment

MONTREAL—Gamma Entertainment announced today that it has fully acquired Open Life Entertainment. Open Life Entertainment was founded in 2013 as a joint venture between Gamma and Mile High Media. The studio manages such award-winning brands as HardX, part of the XEmpire network, and Throated, part of the Blowpass network of adult websites. “It has been a privilege to team with Gamma and create such awarded, impactful brands. I am so proud of what we were able to develop over the past nine years in partnership and know that Open Life Entertainment is in good hands going forward,” said Jon Blitt, VP of Mile High Media.
