'High Gear': Blacked Raw Fires On All Cylinders in New Orgy

LOS ANGELES — It took director Derek Dozer about 10 minutes to realize his 18-person orgy for Blacked Raw was going to be special. “I’ve been doing this long enough that you can kind of know,” says Dozer, a 2021 AVN Hall of Fame inductee with more than 22 years experience on porn sets. Just the numbers alone would’ve been enough to make even the most seasoned shooter uneasy. Twelve guys meeting six girls for the biggest scene in the five-year history of Blacked Raw. But not long after the clothes came off, Dozer said to himself, “We got this. We’re good.” Titled “High Gear,” the sexual spectacle debuted today on BlackedRaw.com, the gonzo-driven off-shoot of Blacked.com that is part of the Vixen Media Group portfolio. In addition to the colorful fleet of exotic cars turbocharging the evening, the studio packed the set with star power. The female cast featured Vixen Media Group exclusive Violet Myers, Vixen Angel Vicki Chase, Vanna Bardot, Savannah Bond, Vic Marie and Nicole Doshi. Meanwhile, reigning AVN Best Male Newcomer and VMG exclusive, Anton Harden, anchored the male cast, with additional lumber provided by Isiah Maxwell, Richard Mann, Brickzilla, Jay Hefner, Jamie Knoxx, Jonathan Jordan, Garland, Zaddy, Stretch, John Legendary and Tyrone Love. “It was the perfect mix of talent,” Dozer tells AVN. “I couldn’t have had a better cast with the diversity of the looks and personalities and just how each person delivered in the scene. I can’t praise those girls enough. “It was a daunting task. Plus there were a lot of new guys that we used. And in this day and age getting 12 guys for a scene is not easy.” Dozer says their gamble of using some unproven guys in the orgy paid off. “Our fans like it when we have new guys they haven’t seen before—they’re kind of like fresh meat,” Dozer adds with a laugh. “It was an expensive scene and it’s a lot of pressure seeing all this crew there and knowing it’s a big scene. There was a lot to lose but all the guys came through.” Just ask Violet Myers, who called her “High Gear” experience “sexually life changing.” “Since it was my first-ever orgy experience it was an overload of pleasure!” Myers tells AVN. “It was my first time ever seeing an orgy in person, so getting to experience it was for sure a sexual awakening.” Violet adds, “It was a lot of fun. It was my first time having that many guys fuck me at the same time. It had me excited to shoot my first gangbang.” Vicki Chase summed up her orgy journey in no uncertain terms. “Fucking twelve monster cocks and five of the finest foxes in the game at one time is pretty memorable,” Chase says. The LA native points to the level of production that VMG employed to bring the scene to life. “Nobody comes close—creativity, attention to detail and of course budgets—to VMG,” Chase continues. “The amount of people on set was staggering, but every single thing was executed to perfection. “It was such a smooth shoot. Derek Dozer is the best in the business with talent. He genuinely wants to facilitate his performers living out their fantasies so he can capture them on camera. Shout out to producer Jake King, too. He is one of the best in the industry, always top tier.” Chase, who did an unplanned DP and airtight during the festivities, says she enjoyed the freestyle vibe that Dozer & Co. created. “When shooting one-on-one all eyes are on you, so you process the pace differently,” Vicki explains. “You focus on giving what the director is needing for a complete scene. With so much going on during the orgy I found myself with no agenda, just doing what I love to do, which is please people. I'm a pleaser. What gets me off is getting people off. “Don't get me wrong, I love to feel good. But when I know I'm the reason for someone experiencing pleasure or satisfaction it gets me to another level. There were multiple camera crews on set, so we all just fucked and got fucked.” Vicki adds, “I can never have too many cocks and the guys all came to show out. The entire shoot was my style—always on my knees looking to fill my mouth. All my holes filled with giant hard dicks and more ready to tag in right behind whoever was filling me up. And then seeing it all explode once we started shooting the sex was really truly special.” Bardot admits that banging on top of a Lamborghini was “something that’s going to stick in my mind for a long time.” “Every set I’ve been on for Vixen Media Group has always surpassed other productions in this industry (and even some mainstream productions), but specifically this scene was next level,” Vanna continues. “Everything from top talent, set design, wardrobe, and cinematography was really meticulously thought out. “I think people are really extra sexually charged going into something like this, and you kind of have to be. When there’s that many people fucking in one place, you feed off everyone else’s energy and then you don’t want to stop. It felt like we could all just keep going all night long.” Speaking of going all night, Anton Harden brought his A game, setting the tone early and often with his performance. “I’ve never done a full on, giant orgy scene like that before,” Harden tells AVN. “It was different in the fact that there is so much going on but it definitely gave me experience. “Vixen Media Group always goes all out on their high-value scenes to bring the audience top quality. The storyline with the supercars is what stood out to me the most. “It’s not every day you have a multi-million dollar car collection on set that everyone’s actively having sex on and inside the vehicles.” Harden says the 17 other performers were by far the most talent he’s ever shared the set with for one scene. “I know the VMG team went all out on this one,” Anton continues. “I work on Deeper sets regularly which I consider to be the highest creative quality in all of adult entertainment and this was nothing short of that. “There were flying drones, multiple camera crews and more staff on set than I’ve ever seen before.” The key to be able to rise to the occasion when there is so much going on, according to Harden, is “to be in your zone.” “Gotta keep your mind focused,” Anton says. “It’s about delivering a top-level performance for the camera, not just having fun, even though I am having the time of my life!” Dozer captured the Cali car culture-themed scene over two days, shooting the orgy at an $8 million mansion in Los Angeles on a Monday night and then the car meetup on Tuesday. Performers got nasty in the kitchen, behind and on top of the pool table, in the stairways, in the living room and then upstairs in the master bedroom. Among the six-figure vehicles on the set were a Nissan GT-R, Ferrari Roma, a pair of Lamborghini Urus’ and a Porsche Carrera. “Everyone fucked everyone for sure,” Dozer says. “Once that train gets going it’s kind of hard to stop it. You just let it go and direct from there. We were funneling people to areas.” Dozer says the scene ranks No. 1 all time of the thousands of scenes he’s shot in the past two-plus decades. “It’s not even close—just the scale of it,” he says. “Everyone’s collaborative effort just blew me away. It was so fucking cool. I’m excited for everyone to see this online. It’s the best stuff I’ve been part of.” Dozer says he’s shot more group sex scenes than he can remember, noting that it’s important to make the talent feel comfortable on the set. His main directive for the cast was “have fun.” “Porn is supposed to be fun. I’ve always said that for 25 years. If it’s not fun, I don’t want to do this,” Derek adds. “It was a big collaboration—from me, to marketing to creative—it was just the most perfect storm of everyone collaborating and not having any egos.
