Wicked Closes Out 2nd Half of Seth Gamble's 'Deranged'

LOS ANGELES—The final episode of Seth Gamble's eight-part narrative directing debut, Deranged, premieres today on Wicked.com. Produced by four-time AVN Director of the Year and Wicked head of production Axel Braun, the moody psycho-sexual thriller began the second half of its roll-out on April 1 with an episode featuring headliner Kenzie Taylor and 2022 AVN Best New Starlet nominee Kayley Gunner. The final three scenes showcase Coco Lovelock—another '22 Best New Starlet nominee—and industry veteran Jennifer White in pairings with male lead Tommy Pistol and 2021 AVN Best Male Newcomer Alex Mack. “I am really proud of this series,” enthused Braun, who has collaborated with Gamble on dozens of highly acclaimed movies over the past 15 years, including the mega-hit Star Wars XXX in which his protégé played the lead role of Luke Skywalker, ”and I could easily say I was blown away by Seth’s directing prowess, but the truth is I knew he had it in him all along. "Kenzie is a fantastic actress,” continued Braun, who directing her himself in the blockbuster Captain Marvel XXX. “She made her acting look effortless, while the reality is that she immersed in the role completely, to the point of writing a 46-page backstory for her character. Also, she is drop-dead gorgeous and literally exudes sexuality, which is a weapon she uses to great effect in her performance.
