Casey Calvert Takes Lust Cinema Viewers 'Home for the Holidays'

LOS ANGELES—Contract director Casey Calvert serves up a Christmas time treat with her latest effort for Lust Cinema, Home for the Holidays, releasing Friday, December 17 on LustCinema.com. According to a company announcement, Home for the Holidays "follows two women, one running from a messy divorce, the other running towards her secrert desires, as they swap houses for the holiday season. Juliette (Vanna Bardot) has just been served with divorce papers, while Diana (Julia Ann) is bored of her typical male suitors and is looking for an escape. A change of scenery is exactly what they need to deal with their holiday blues; soon, both will find themselves distracted and excited living in the other's life." The rom-com co-stars Whitney Wright, April Olsen and Dillon Diaz. "This was a really fun production," Calvert said. "There are always light moments in my films, but this was a really fun adventure in flexing my comedy chops. Working with Julia Ann was amazing. Obviously, Julia is an industry legend, and I'm so honored that she wanted to do this film with me. "This was my first time directing Vanna, and she was so much fun to work with," Calvert added. "She's such a smart actor, and has such dedication to the part, that I loved working with her." Home for the Holidays will be simulataneously released at The Store by Erika Lust and in a softcore version at Else Cinema.
