A hands-on executive, Jay wears a variety of hats for YNOT, including co-hosting the Seat of Your Pants podcast, producing and co-hosting the upcoming YNOT Awards at the TES Affiliate Conference in Prague and helping to coordinate and execute events like YNOT Cammunity.
