Bella Vendetta to Stream Workshop on AVN Stars

LOS ANGELES—Bella Vendetta, the adult industry veteran, writer, sex educator and filmmaker, has spent the past several years speaking at colleges, universities, conferences and community centers on the East Coast, but now that COVID has hit and Vendetta won’t get to travel in person to her favorite campuses, she has moved some of her teachings online—and she'll be dealing with some timely subjects. Vendetta's first workshop is titled, “How to find and court a play partner during COVID”, and it'll be happening December 6 at 5 p.m. ET/2 p.m. PT on AVN Stars. “Kinky people still gotta be kinky, even in these trying times,” noted Vendetta. “I don’t want anyone to be mistaken or think that I am advocating for people to meet up and play, but this workshop is a great discussion about how we can update COVID knowledge into our BDSM toolbags and use it during the vetting process." Vendetta's workshop aims to explore:• How to find and court a new play partner during COVID• How to attract the right potential match online • How to approach someone you are interested in online • Safety negotiations and precautions • Activities that can be enjoyed together safely via technology• Some safe platforms to use for your kinky online play For her workshop, Vendetta will be drawing on her history in working for harm reduction. Her passion about doing things safely, she said, stems from her background as former president of one the world's largest flesh hook suspension groups. She also believes the BDSM community is intimately aware of the cautions needed during this pandemic and is prepared to deal with it since folks are already incorporating consent and communication into their daily lives. “As kinksters, it’s important for us to play safely always, and consensually," Vendetta said.
