The All-Virtual YNOT Summit Has Begun

This morning marks the first day of YNOT Summit 2020, presented by Chaturbate, a 100% virtual business conference for adult industry models, webmasters, affiliates and business executives. The event will run for the next three days and has over 100 industry speakers lined up to present sessions on a variety of topics of interest to adult models and businesses.  The Summit also offers a variety of live on-cam networking options, as well as virtual exhibits from leading adult companies.

“We have two tracks going at the same time,” explains Connor Young, co-owner and CEO of YNOT.  “For the ‘Model Track,’ topics are similar to those from our live #Cammunity event in Hollywood.  These are sessions designed to help cam and clips models.  Then there’s the ‘Webmaster Track’ which has speakers and sessions that will interest adult businesses, whether that’s affiliates, business executives, marketers, content creators or industry support services.”

For the ‘Model Track’ today, speakers appearing live on cam will cover topics like how to use video games to connect with more fans, tips for creating better custom clips, profiting from the popular FinDom niche, and tactics that successful models use to make more money. ImLive will be giving a demo of their popular platform.  There’s also a session just for new models, as well as a presentation from attorney Corey Silverstein about the basics of adult webcam law that all models should know. And perhaps most interesting of all, cam model HarperTheFox will be showing models how they can turn themselves into a LIVE hentai character who can actually perform on Chaturbate.

Over on the ‘Webmaster Track,’ it’s a good day for affiliates. Topics will cover how to buy and monetize traffic effectively, and cam executives will share success stories of their top affiliates and how they made big money. There will be a special session on monetizing traffic with adult video games, and an amazing explainer on the various different business models in use by live cam networks. Topics will also include how to avoid the spam box with email marketing, current challenges and solutions with adult billing and payment services, viral marketing, and a presentation from veteran adult industry attorneys on bulletproofing your business from common legal threats.

And this is all just in Day 1’s topics.

In addition to the Sessions happening throughout the show, there will also be two Speed Networking events during each day of YNOT Summit. The first round runs from 10am to 12pm Pacific, while a later round will happen from 2pm to 4pm Pacific. Speed Networking will work a little like chat roulette, connecting attendees to another random attendee for a few minutes. Just enough time to trade business details, then move on to the next person.  No two people can be connected more than one via Speed Networking.

The show’s Exhibition area also opened today, with virtual booths that will be available for the entire 3-day event. Exhibits present an opportunity for attendees to learn more about a company and pick up some special deals along the way. Plus, some companies will be live broadcasting from their booths, so it’s yet another way for attendees to meet industry people and have great conversations.

The show also offers three different lounges, including the Chaturbate Circle Bar, open throughout the event, plus the ‘That’s Good Mojo Happy Hour’ and the ‘Captain’s European Night Lounge, powered by Traffic Partner’ room. Lounges present an opportunity for attendees to chat and even go on cam themselves and talk with their peers, often without a set topic.

For those who did not register in advance it’s still possible to participate, while tickets last.  The event is being hosted on HOPIN.to and requires no software downloads to attend, it works through a web browser. YNOT highly recommends that attendees use a desktop or laptop computer with a good internet connection for the best possible experience.
