Gas Station Faces Shutdown Over Amateur Porn Shoot on Premises

A Milwaukee gas station and convenience store may now be shut down by the city because it had the misfortune to be picked as the site from an amateur “public sex” porn shoot, according to a report by WITI-TV in that city. It was in the summer of 2018 that one Frederick Allen, as identified in the WITI report, filmed an explicit sex act on the floor of a snack aisle in the station’s convenience store. Allen, according to the report, maintains a popular PornHub channel devoted largely to videos of his sexual exploits in public places. The channel has 67,000 subscribers, and his videos have been viewed approximately 100 million times, WITI reported. But in the gas station video, an image of the station’s owner appears in the background. The owner, Kulwant Dhillon, appears to be watching the act from behind his protective glass. Also seen in the video, a station employee recording the sexual performance on a cell phone. "Keep in mind, it was right next to the chips, and across from the sunflower seeds," city Alderman Khalif Rainey said in a hearing about the incident last summer. Rainey is now leading the effort to close the station. Milwaukee Alderwoman Milele Coggs, a representatitive of District 6, commented on “the bad choice to allow staff to tape it.” She told the station, “That, to me, is just as bad as not calling the police.” Dhillon later said that his failure to call the police was a “mistake,” but blamed Allen, claiming that the amateur porn performer threatened him—a charge which Allen has denied, according to WITI. Allen has previously filmed amateur porn videos in locations ranging from “shopping malls to movie theaters, public streets even public parks,” according to WITI. “Fast-food parking lots, inside hospital rooms, on top of car hoods and city rooftops” are listed among his other locations by the station’s report. Milwaukee’s Licenses Committee voted against renewing the gas station’s license in September, but the shutdown was put on hold after Kool Petroleum, the company that owns the station, sued the city over the license decision.
