The 24-year-old Luke, who goes by the name "Blue Eyes White Dragon," is best known for her extreme modifications like tattooed eyes, a split tongue, and facial tattoos. She proclaims herself to be a “fun-loving Australian” and got her first tattoo at the age of 16.
