Back on Track: Interview With Dakota Skye

For Dakota Skye, 2019 is the year she roared back into action after some time away from the biz. Debuting in 2013 at age 19, she became one of the industry’s most popular “spinners” (5-foot-2, 100 pounds)—a petite tease who worked steadily for six years, racking up more than 200 credits. As she tells it, in her slightly husky voice, “I had some personal problems so I ended up going to rehab, to get myself together. I took some time off to get myself together and come back like I was before.” She added proudly that she is sober now. And working her butt off once again. Skye has been “exploring a bigger variety of things. I just did my second and third d.p.s with Oliver Flynn and Tony Rubino in Miami [for Legal Porno]. And then I just did one with Mick Blue and Ramon Nomar. That was a really good experience. “I like working for Evil Angel a lot ... and Archangel and Elegant Angel, American Anal. I do anal a lot.”  She looks forward to doing a gang bang—“a good one.” She’s been “going to the gym more,” and indulging her favorite hobby, hula hoop. “I’m excited about my scene with Mick and Ramon. Also, I got a toy deal. I have one coming out with Pleasure Products, I think in the fall. ... I’m glad I’m back and want to help other girls.” Active on Twitter, she has “a really good fan base.” One of her recent Tweets sums up her feelings:  “I’m so thankful for my family & team of people who haven’t given up on me.
