Lindsey Leigh Featured in August Issue of CAMStar

LOS ANGELES—Lindsey Leigh remembers how several of her regulars at the Spearmint Rhino began asking if she had a website. “Or if I would send them video texts in exchange for money,” says Leigh, who started stripping at the Rhino in City of Industry, Calif., when she was 18. “I bought the proper lighting and video camera and began offering them to people in person and online. “The rest is history.” Fast forward to summer 2019—and Leigh has become one of the top clip artists on the internet who also goes live on MyFreeCams every chance she gets. “My fans were excited to get to know me on a more personal level,” Leigh tells AVN. “I enjoy the engagement I have with them and that leads to profits, new fans and long-term fans. Having a base brand helped boost my first few months sales but a large potential audience also helped.” Now when she isn’t on cam, there's a good chance Leigh may be creating your custom clip—fetish videos such as jerk-off instructions (JOI), cuckolding, cum-eating instructions (CEI) and foot domination are just some of her areas of expertise. “I would estimate that I have produced 2400-2600 clips,” says Leigh, who shot her first clip in spring of 2009. In this exclusive Q&A for CAMStar accompanied by 12 pages of photography by Keith Ryan, Leigh discusses how she built her brand, her most memorable travel destinations, the meaning behind the tattoo on her ribs and even the notorious author she would most like to meet someday. Men seem to like to push their sexual extremes so it only seems natural that trampling and sampling their own cum would come next. What was the learning curve like to be able to perform these fetish videos at a high level? Trial and error, along with actively asking other industry professionals’ advice on new technologies or categories. What do you like most about camming?  I love that I can be myself. I can better understand my fans’ needs as well as my own brand identities’ journey moving forward. I also come up with great one-liners for my fem-dom clips! How did you develop your camming routine?  I cam when I can, which is roughly five times a week. Due to my travel schedule, locking down exact days is difficult but I do automatic social shouts when I log in, so set your notifications. What is your workout regimen? I do an hour of cardio and 30 minutes of weight training five or six times a week unless I’m traveling. What did you do while you were in Egypt? We went to Karnak, Luxor, Cairo, all the major museums; we went for a cruise on the Nile. It was beautiful… It was not like going to a resort where you’re on the beach eating five-star meals. It was spiritual and eye opening. It’s a very poor country… I like going on trips like that because it puts everything in perspective and keeps me grounded. We saw The Pyramids. You have to wonder how the fuck they were made. What is your theory on how they were made? I don’t know… There were tons of theories being thrown around—all of which seemed likely. I  didn’t really take a stance. I was more taken aback by how poor the people were around The Pyramids. They were begging and didn’t have shoes and they were surrounded by this huge historical landmark. There were so many tourists there. I was more concerned with that than alien theories. I was taking in the beauty for what it was. What’s a place you’d like to visit that you haven’t been to yet? I would like to go to Australia, Russia, Thailand and Singapore. See you there soon! Name three things that you love… Fans. Family. Me. What’s a movie that makes you laugh? There’s Something About Mary, Caddyshack, Ace Ventura, Dumb and Dumber, Borat. What kind of mentoring would you like to do? Adult mentoring—like girls who work at the strip club with me or girls who also cam in the area.  It can get lonely… It’s a lonely business so it would be nice to make it more inclusive. Did you ever have a mentor in your adult career? I had lot of people who were really mean to me and did me really dirty. They showed me that it’s not supposed to be this way. Those are when you learn the lessons… I thank them for those lessons. But just because it happened to me doesn’t mean other girls have to go through that. We’re a loving industry and it’s time to show that.
