Nutaku Announces $5 Million Investment in LGBTQ+ Games

CYBERSPACE—Ramping up its support for LGTBQ+ gaming, Nutaku.net has announced a $5 million investment plan over the next three years to provide "a nuanced gaming experience that goes well beyond the cliché.” According to the company, Nutaku already offers an independent LGBTQ+ games section with more than 40 game titles—part of its effort to include all adult gaming communities. Given that less than 1 percent of games are likely to find success on app stores, Nutaku gives developers an alternative shot at success. Following the success of gay games like Men Bang, Gay Harem and Booty Calls: Men at Work, more developers are creating inclusive versions of their original popular titles. Two of Nutaku's most popular games, Fap CEO and Booty Farm, released their gay versions—Fap CEO: Men Stream and Cockville, respectively—just last week. “The new investment portfolio is born out of the flourishing number of adult gamers who identify with the LGBTQ+ community, empowering diversity within the adult gaming world. Resonating enthusiasm amongst gamers and game developers alike, Nutaku stimulates the creation of a space to build and support a diverse selection of high quality adult titles,” said Nutaku Communications Manager Julie Hall. The adult platform is hosting a Pride Sale Event starting today and running through July 2, offering deals on its LGBTQ+ titles. Furthermore, players can grab their favorite Pride-themed gear from the limited-edition Nutaku Pride Collection on the Merch Store. To mark the rainbow-filled month, Nutaku is launching an initiative to give back to the LGBTQ+ community. All proceeds from game and merchandise sales are to be donated to an inclusive organization. Established in 1983, New York City’s Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual & Transgender Community Center empowers people to lead healthy, successful lives. Each year, The Center welcomes more than 300,000 visitors to its location in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan. To learn more, visit gaycenter.org.
