Brazzers, NSFW to Stage Live ASMR Performances in NYC

NEW YORK CITY—Adult studio Brazzers joins forces with the New Society for Wellness (NSFW) to present two live shows in a New York theater setting in which top adult stars will give ASMR readings of erotic stories. Dubbed ASMRotica, the shows are scheduled to take place June 19 and 26 at a secret location in lower Manhattan that will be revealed to ticket holders 24 hours before showtime. Brazzers contract star Abella Danger will be joined by Lisa Ann, Abigail Mac and Bridgette B for the two-night event, where they will read stories inspired by their own scene libraries and written by erotica authors Tina Horn and Suzanna Weiss. Explains a company announcement, "For the uninitiated, ASMR—short for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response—is the feeling people get in response to a gentle audio stimuli, an experience that triggers unique body simulations with listeners, usually felt through headphones. In the past three years alone, Google searches for the term ASMR have gone up 300 percent." ASMRotica will mix audio play with the performers' live readings while their scenes are projected overhead, and all guests will receive headphones through which to experience the immersive presentation. In addition, the erotic theater performers of NSFW will do "tantalizing numbers and demonstrations" throughout each show. "I'm so thrilled about this!" Danger enthused.
