Seth Gamble Gives UCSB Students An Earful On Adult Industry Panel

LOS ANGELES—Award-winning adult actor Seth Gamble was invited to the campus of the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) this past week in order to participate in a lively panel discussion alongside awarded adult film director Axel Braun. The popular adult performer was a guest of Professor Cheri Steinkellner’s class, "Film and Media Studies 54: Hollywood: Anatomy of an Industry," where he answered students’ questions about the ups, downs, ins and outs of the often-misunderstood business. “It was great of Axel to allow me to join him on his visit to the UCSB campus and spend time talking with open-minded students about the adult film industry,” said Gamble, who's starred in several of Braun's productions, of the discussion panel. “It was inspiring to be around people who want to learn and understand the business, its history and its future. We had a lot of fun.” Gamble also got to sit and talk with Professor Constance Penley, head of the Film and Media Studies Department and instructor of the provocative course "Topics in Popular Culture: Pornography" during the Friday afternoon rap session at the school’s Pollock Theater. “Professors Penley and Steinkellner are both great allies that speak about our industry with such respect, and we appreciate their work within the UC school system,” said Gamble. “This was such an incredible and eye-opening experience and I hope to do it again soon!” Seth Gamble is available for booking through Sandra McCarthy at OC Modeling via email at [email protected].
