Eldorado’s General Manager Jim Talbot Passes Away

With great sadness, Eldorado recently shared that their General Manager Jim Talbot passed away suddenly on May 31, 2019.

Talbot joined Eldorado in 2009 to work with the company’s executive team, supporting its expansive growth. When Eldorado founder and CEO Larry Garland died in 2017, Talbot’s guidance and encouragement was invaluable during the transition.

The Eldorado family is heartbroken by the news of Talbot’s passing.

Eldorado’s CEO Wanda Garland said, “Jim has left an indelible mark on our company and every Eldorado employee. His steady leadership and quiet strength served as a faithful presence at Eldorado. We will keep his legacy of great service, personal relationships and outstanding stewardship alive and well. We are so grateful we have been able to call him both a colleague and a friend.”
