Violet Rain: GoFundMe Shared on Performer's Twitter

LOS ANGELES—On March 15, adult industry newcomer Violet Rain passed away after being admitted to the hospital the week before in a non-responsive state. This week, just within the past 24 hours, information about a GoFundMe page set up to raise funds for her funeral was posted on her Twitter account. The information on the campaign page states, “We are still trying to get justice for Jazmine. This was no accident and we will not stop fighting for her. Please help us raise money for her funeral and memorial, anything helps!! Thank you in advance. Rest easy beautiful angel.” At the time that Violet Rain passed away, the April issue of AVN magazine had already been printed, and it includes an interview that Rain did with AVN. A rising star in the industry, she was featured in the Fresh Faces section of the magazine, dedicated to new performers.
