Fresh Faces: Ember Snow

Ember Snow was a sexual late bloomer. Now 26, she didn’t lose her virginity until she was 24. And that is what made her want to get into porn. “After experiencing my first sexual encounter, my appetite just went up. I can’t get enough! At the time I had only been with a man, and I was incredibly curious and hungry for women. I thought what better way to explore that kind of sexuality than porn.” Born in Saudi Arabia, Ember landed in the U.S. with her Filipino parents when she was nine years old. She’s quite aware that folks in her birthplace would take a very dim view of what she’s doing now. “Even in my culture in the Philippines everyone is very conservative.” But she is proud of her heritage and to follow in the footsteps of Filipina divas like AVN Hall of Famer Charmane Star. Most of her favorite scenes so far have been boy/girl/girl. “Cuz I get a mixture of both, the cock and the pussy.” For a DareDorm.com scene with three other girls, “I learned so many new positions, like the one where we were on top of each other. This time I don’t just watch, I get to be with these women. “The thing that I like about Andrew Blake is the women in his films are the unobtainable sexy classy woman and that’s kind of what I want to go for. That’s what made me love porn so much too. There was a lot of foreplay, a slow buildup, but once they got into the real action, this is like the reward.” Before she entered the industry, she says, “I was already acting and modeling. I really love to perform.” Her No. 1 dream would be “to play Cleopatra and do all of her possible sexual affairs. Cleopatra isn’t just a sex siren, she’s elegant and classy. This is how I want to be portrayed.” The list of talent she’d like to work with is long, starting with James Deen and Mia Malkova. And directors? “There’s a lot. I finally got to work with Quasar, but I’d love to work with Greg Lansky and Axel Braun and Jacky St. James.” At the time we talked, Ember actually had a day job, “as an office assistant in a cabinetry place.” And they were very flexible,” letting her take days off for modeling jobs. “It’s because I like working anyway.
