YNOT Awards 2016: Bigger, Better, Bolder than Ever |

PRAGUE – More fun, more drinks, more food and more guests will make the 2016 YNOT Awards celebration the best yet, according to organizers. The sixth-annual ceremony will take place Sept. 21 during The European Summit in Prague. “This year expect to see more fun stuff, longer open bar and buffet hours, and a more streamlined process in general, including check-in for wristbands, the dinner and the ceremony itself,” said Jay Kopita, YNOT Group LLC co-owner and YNOT Awards producer and host. “Last year was great, but this year will be even better. After six years, I still am always looking for improvements to make the best industry [business-to-business] awards show even better.” This year’s videos are some of the best Kopita has seen to date, he said: Funny, touching, irreverent and brilliant. Guests with reserved dinner seating will have an excellent view of the videos and the rest of the proceedings hosted by Kopita and First Mobile Cash Senior Sales Manager Laura Cebrian, with help from the Fleshlight Girls. The evening’s festivities will begin at 18:00, when a shuttle bus leaves Prague’s Parkhotel for the National House of Vinohrady. Cocktails will be served and Unique Quartet will entertain with jazz, pop/rock and the best of classical music from the moment guests arrive in Mayakovsky Hall. Dinner will be served at 18:45, and the energetic awards presentation, usually not without its share of shenanigans, will begin at 20:15. Free seating and a cash bar will be available in Mayakovsky Hall’s expansive balcony for those without dinner reservations. Balcony guests should arrive no later than 20:00 in order to be seated before the show begins. As for dinner guests, “It’s imperative that everyone give me the list of names for their tables right away in order to speed up the check-in process,” Kopita said.
