Pipedream Names Michael Siegel Senior VP of Operations

CHATSWORTH, Calif.—Pipedream on Friday announced Michael Siegel has joined the company as senior vice president of operations. With 33 years in the adult manufacturing business, Siegel worked his way up right out of college from project management to vice president in his previous endeavors. In his new role, Siegel will oversee the manufacturer’s customer service, manufacturing, maintenance, and shipping and receiving departments.  “Joining Pipedream is like coming home to me,” said Siegel. “I’m very proud to join the world’s No. 1 adult manufacturer where I can make products in the USA and continue employing people in the San Fernando Valley.” Siegel has spearheaded development of several innovative formulas used in lubes as well material compounds for dildos and strokers. He also has a proven track record for growth and expansion by increasing previous employer’s annual revenue by 20 times through 1982-2008, Pipedream said. Siegel also has the unique distinction of being one of few adult industry players who's been able to penetrate the mainstream market, forming successful partnerships with Walgreen’s, Playboy and Spencer’s Gifts. “I feel like I was destined to work with Nick and the Dream Team,” remarked Siegel. “I’m very excited to use our combined decades of experience to forge the future of the pleasure products industry.” “The Siegel has landed, baby!” said Pipedream chairman and CEO, Nick Orlandino. “We are very excited to welcome Michael to the Pipedream family.  After knowing Mike for 30 years, it’s rewarding to finally get to work with him. His valuable experience, industry knowledge and relationships makes him an incredible asset to the team. The future looks very bright.”
