Jessica Drake Nominated for XRCO Mainstream Adult Media Favorite

LOS ANGELES, CA — Sex educator and Wicked Pictures contract performer Jessica Drake is nominated for Mainstream Star of the Year at the 2016 XRCO Awards. The award-winning performer uses her popularity to help educate others on issues related to sexuality, which she has done through her instructional series, Guide to Wicked Sex, as well as personal appearances, interviews, and advice in hundreds of media articles.  The nomination comes on the heels of Drake receiving CatalystCon’s Catalyst Award for “inspiring exceptional conversations in sexuality,” as well as taking home Mainstream Star of the Year at the 2016 AVN Awards.  “I am so excited about my XRCO nomination, and grateful for the tireless support from Steve and everyone at Wicked Pictures, which make honors like this possible,” said Drake. “I love doing adult movies, and I also cherish the opportunity to use my platform to promote the industry in a positive light, as well as to spread a message of shame-free, pleasure-based sex education.”  The X-Rated Critics Organization Awards will be at the OHM Club in Hollywood on June 22, 2016.   XRCO’s Mainstream Adult Media Favorite award is presented each year to the star consistently making an impact on society through her work in the media.  Drake is a frequent contributor to media publications and outlets, speaking out in support of sex education reform and sexual wellness. Her best-selling sex education series, Jessica Drake’s Guide to Wicked Sex is the recipient of numerous industry awards for titles such as Anal Sex for Men, Plus Size, and Fellatio. She also makes personal appearances around the country, providing a safe, comfortable environment for adults to ask questions and discuss sex and sexuality.  Recently, Drake began to pen a monthly column for Stylecaster.com, where she offers relationship and sexual advice.  In the past year, jessica drake was featured in articles on many of the top websites in the world, including Uproxx, AskMen, CNBC, Vice, Buzz Feed, Bustle, Maxim, Refinery 29, Prime Mind, and GQ, along with scores of others who shared drake’s message of sex education and sexual wellness.
