X Industry Jobs Launching New Website in January

CHICAGO—Adult industry job recruitment agency X Industry Jobs has announced plans to roll out a new, interactive website in mid-January. The new site will have several features not seen before on XIJ’s website, including the ability for those seeking a job to build an online "anonymous resume" via an Anonymous Resume Builder, which uses a series of questions to glean useful information about the candidate without revealing their identity. Items such as the names of previous employers will be omitted; instead, the candidate will list only their job responsibilities and length of time employed. Each new candidate will be assigned a number rather than being listed by their name. These "resumes" will then be searchable on the website by prospective employers by going to the Search Candidates tab. If a hiring manager expresses interest in a specific candidate, an X Industry Jobs recruiter will contact the candidate to set up an interview. Those candidates who find it necessary to keep their job search confidential will find this a useful tool. In addition to the ARB, X Industry Jobs site will also allow resumes to be uploaded via LinkedIn. Of course, X Industry Jobs will still accept resumes via email. “For years we have only offered access to the job listings on our site,” said Eddie K., CEO and founder of X Industry Jobs. “This was great for job seekers to see what jobs were available, but we also wanted a way for hiring managers to see what candidate’s were available. This new site is going to be much more user friendly and interactive. We are extremely excited about it.” With the amount of adult industry and international traffic X Industry Jobs’ website receives plus the cross section of people that browse through it (company owners, senior managers, decision makers), the new website will also start offering advertising spots starting in January.
