CCBill Adds New Features to FlexStats System

TEMPE, AZ—CCBill announced today that it has added a variety of new features to its FlexStats system, including a new Form Hits report, as well as some enhancements to the Merchant Transaction reports.    “We are extremely excited to expand our FlexStats reports system with the addition of Form Hits,” said Jason Kirk, VP of product development for CCBill. “Making the data it shows viewable within our user-friendly FlexStats framework is an aspect we’ve been working on for a while and we’re thrilled to offer it. And the enhancements we are adding to the Merchant Transaction report will offer yet another method to breakdown data by country.” Form Hits allows merchants to view the traffic received from their payment forms and can be filtered by days of the week, country or form name. Merchants can also view detailed form hit-related data including: numbers of hits, submissions and approvals, along with form hit percentages. The percentage of submissions to hits, approvals to hits, and approvals to submissions are available as well. In addition, several new features are available with this new release such as printing and downloading options. The Merchant Transactions report has a new option that allows merchants to view country transaction data, which will show a map of the world and the sales distribution accordingly.
