Galaxy Awards Venue Announced

BARCELONA, Spain—The Galaxy Awards have announced new details about the celebration of their third edition. The ceremony will take place on October 6, 2013 at the historic El Molino in Barcelona.          El Molino is a historic theater that is over a century old and is located in the El Paralelo zone, which is home to all the major theaters in the Catalan capital. Traditionally seen as a place of transgression, El Molino held some of the major erotic spectacles during the Franco Era censorship..    El Molino had to close its doors in 1997, but a decade later a group of investors carried out a 20 million dollar renovation and the legendary theater re-opened in 2010 with a modern facade that still pays tribute to its traditional spirit.
