‘Improper Touching’ Gets Adult Club Goers Popped

HOUSTON—Seven women and one man were arrested this week after undercover officers allegedly saw acts of “improper touching” taking place at the XTC Erotica Cabaret in Houston. Officers also noticed several permit violations.
