Honey's Place Upgrades Wholesale Website

SAN FERNANDO, Calif.—Honey’s Place implemented a brand new search feature and many additional improvements on their flagship website, HoneysPlace.com.  Always looking to enhance the customer’s experience, Honey’s Place has built a state-of-the-art search function for HoneysPlace.com. “With over 15,000 products in stock and more being added almost every day, it was important for us to make it as easy as possible for customers to find what they’re looking for,” said Bonnie Feingold, president/CEO Honey’s Place.  Utilizing a custom-made program, the new search function displays popular search suggestions as customers type, auto-completes words and phrases to save time and offers “fuzzy” matching to handle spelling errors. Not only is the search more intuitive but the posted results are more dynamic and on point. In addition to the added search elements, Honey’s Place has also enhanced their website cart options by creating a Saved Cart feature on HoneysPlace.com. Customers will now be able to create multiple Saved Carts, name them, and even make notes on products. Saved Carts will be held so that customers can make additions and then come back to their shopping at a later time.  The Saved Cart feature is perfect for owners of multiple stores as well, as they will be able to create carts for each location. “We wanted to give our customers—store owners, managers, buyers, etc. who we know are very busy, more flexibility when it came to placing orders. The new Saved Cart function achieves that,” said Helle Panzieri, Honey’s Place sales manager.  Honey’s Place is excited to hear from customers about their experience with the new advancements on their site.  “The idea is to improve our customer’s overall experience on the website and I’m confident that we’ve made changes that our customers will be very happy to see,” Feingold said. Visit HoneysPlace.com to explore the new updates and advancements.
