Jim Powers, Ralph Long Launch New Studio, Mike Hunt Inc.

LOS ANGELES—Veteran director Jim Powers and performer/director Ralph Long have teamed up to launch a new adult entertainment production studio. Mike Hunt Inc. (wink, wink) kicks off—literally—with a parody of Kick Ass. The duo’s, Kick Azz: A XXX Porn Parody, will be the studio’s first release as part of its comic and video game series. The studio already has started production on the project, which is based on the comic book. The movie is directed by Urick Hunt and Dommy B and produced by award-winning Ralph Long. Jim Powers said adult star Esperanza Gomez, who rarely comes to the U.S., will play the hit woman character. Adam Wood is set to co-star as Big Daddy. The movie also stars Isis Taylor and Abella Anderson. Kick Azz XXX will be out in January 2012. Long told AVN that all Mike Hunt Inc. movies will be distributed by Juicy Entertainment. Powers’ next project for the studios is called Interrogation Room.
