Adult Stars Join ‘Porn Again’ Author Josh Sabarra at LitFest 2018

BEVERLY HILLS, Calif.—Those who missed Josh Sabarra’s appearance at Ru Paul’s Drag Con back in May can find the author of Porn Again: A Memoir at Lamba Literary’s LitFest 2018. And he’ll be accompanied by two bona fide porn stars: Dylan James and Missy Martinez. The event will take place at Book Soup in West Hollywood on September 30 at 4 p.m. It is part of the second annual Lambda LitFest LA, a celebration of contemporary voices honoring and expanding on the diverse tradition of LGBTQ writers and readers in the Southland. Sabarra will lead a conversation about coming out and coming of age and will invite guests to participate in a candid discussion that promises to answer everything they've ever wanted to ask about the porn industry and its impact on the evolution of human sexuality. Copies of Porn Again: A Memoir and Sabarra’s debut novel, Enemies Closer, will be available for sale/signing, and a limited-edition poster featuring the author with James and Martinez will accompany each purchase. Readers follow the former Hollywood executive as he comes of age and comes out, finally finding his true self at 40 in the memoir. A 31-year-old virgin despite being a high-level entertainment executive, Sabarra writes about his journey into a whirlwind of celebrity lovers, sexual fetishists and porn stars for hire. An author, marketing executive and television producer, Sabarra appeared regularly on The New Ricki Lake Show, where he was also a consulting producer. He is a frequent on-air contributor to CNN and the executive producer of numerous television films and programs. He has both a scripted and an unscripted series in development for cable.
