Studio 20 Reports Success With First #Studio20Academy

LOS ANGELES—Studio 20 franchises from all over Romania pulled up one by one on Thursday morning at the exclusive retreat in the heart of the Carpathian Mountains for the first edition of Studio20 Academy. The first edition of the academy consisted of three full days of presentations, team building exercises, improvisation classes and fun. Each Studio 20 franchise was asked to name one person from their team to hold a keynote presentation on how to improve their work. Day 1 started with five presentations and a Q&A session from different studios on a topic of their choice, where subjects like “The psychological aspect of camming” and “How should male trainers interact with cam girls” started some heated debates, and continued with a fun improvisation and acting class held by well-known Romanian actors. “I know that the acting class should have been about fun and games but I feel it brought us all closer together," said Ana, one of the trainers from Studio20 Galati, the youngest of the Studio20 Franchise Network. "The different games we played gave us all the opportunity to reveal some hidden talents. I found it very educational and it opened my eyes to who my colleagues are, how they view themselves and how I should never judge someone shy just based on their shell. The shyest of our group was an amazing story teller and singer. That blew my mind.” Day 2 continued with seminars and presentations about the help the trainers and team can offer to models so they can earn more and grow a stable, healthy career and life. After lunch, a sea of red hoodies with the Studio 20 logo on them headed to the adventure park where they got to climb up trees, dare zip-line, play team paintball and try out archery. “I loved playing paintball," said Robert Vanderty, the first manager of Studio 20 Network. "My team was based of people I didn’t know that much but we knew that working together is going to be the secret to the other team not 'killing' us with colored little paint balls. I guess it’s just the same as in a studio, you never know who your team member is going to be but you have to work together to help the model succeed.”  Day 2 ended with a Romanian cooked dinner and a big bonfire party with old and new music, while the last day brought the last presentations and award ceremony. The Top 3 presentations, voted by all attendees, won cash prizes and trophies for their work and dedication. The first prize got an award of 2500, the second got 1500 and the third received 1000, to spend as they please.   “When Studio 20 started, almost six years ago, all of this was a nice dream," said Mugur Frunzetti, Studio20 Franchise CEO. "The concept of a cam studio franchise was not on the market, let alone an academy of excellence. I am truly grateful for having next to me people that have been with Studio 20 from the start and more and more people that trust both the brand and our way of doing business. "Studio 20 Academy comes as a 'thank you' to all of those who believed and worked for it to be possible. A team that has fun, travels, learns together will be stronger and will always succeed together. This first edition had only studios from Romania, but as Studio 20 is international, having two studios in Colombia, one in USA and one in Hungary, with prospects for another three EU countries wanting to join us, I’m hoping the next edition will be much bigger and include all our teams.”
