Fresh Faces: Noemie Bilas

Noemie Bilas was all set to join the Marine Corps but instead ended up, quite happily, in porn. Enlisting just didn’t work out. “It was partly due to my mother, who was terrified and afraid I was going to come home in a body bag.” Any regrets? “Not really. It was something I wanted to go into but I never got into it.” Then why porn? “One, I needed to pay my college bills. Two, I wanted to make a lot of friends who like the same things I did.” She is 22 and repped by ATMLA. Her industry start date was April 25, 2017. Of the 30-something scenes she’s done so far, “Dungeon Corps was my favorite! Straight fetish. She laughs. “Oh yeah, I remember a lot, some of it not good ... I didn’t come to L.A. until I started porn. Or I traveled back and forth to Maryland. I do have some family members in OC.” She’s currently living in Koreatown with her boyfriend. Is he OK with what she’s doing? “Oh yes. He was like, what do you do for a living? “Porn!” He was like, “What, really?” Noemie has no tattoos and only pierced ears. Her other piercings had to come off when she almost joined the Marines. Porn has given her what she might not have found as a service member. “I got to meet the most amazing people that I would have never met if I wasn’t in the industry. Aside from what we have in common, there’s way more that they’re interested in. I met an amazing guy. He’s a stunt double. Nathan Bronson. I haven’t worked with him in a scene; I worked with him when I was filming content, that’s about it. I liked him.” When not shooting, “Usually I’m either gymming, reading, thinking or drawing. I like to observe people. I like to observe everything around me while I just stay in the background. ‘What’s going on? What’s happening over here?’ She laughs. She confesses that sometimes she just likes to be alone. “Cuz for me this was everything around me happening so fast. I like to take time and be by myself without anyone calling me ...
