Report: Stormy Daniels Spanked Trump With Forbes Magazine

LOS ANGELES—With new details from Stormy Daniels' extensive 2011 interview with InTouch Weekly dominating headlines on Thursday, one publication, Mother Jones magazine, looked elsewhere for a new angle on the continuing story of Daniels’ claimed affair with Donald Trump. The magazine found a previously uncovered item in emails stemming from the Wicked Pictures star’s planned run for United States Senate in Louisiana, back in 2009. According to those emails, during their sexual trysts, Trump insisted that Daniels spank him—using a copy of Forbes Magazine featuring a photo of himself on the cover. Daniels, a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, never did carry through with her senate run, but was serious enough about the endeavor to hold discussions and email correspondence with top political consultants and operatives in Louisiana. Daniels was exploring a run against David Vitter, who at the time was a leading right-wing conservative who just two years earlier had been identified as a client of the “D.C. Madam” who ran a high-priced Washington D.C. prostitution ring. Daniels and her supporters believed that running a porn star against Vitter—who ended up serving in the Senate from 2005 until 2017—would draw constant attention to the Republican incumbent’s apparent hypocrisy on social issues. One of the political operatives aiding Daniels had noticed that she kept Trump’s private number in her own cell phone contacts. According to an email uncovered by Mother Jones and sent by the operative to Andrea Dubé, a Democratic consultant, Daniels recounted a story about Trump in which “he had her spank him with a Forbes magazine.”  In a second email, the operative elaborated on the incident as described by Daniels, adding that the copy of Forbes used by Daniels to paddle Trump’s buttocks was an issue with himself on the cover. Mother Jones found what appears to be that issue, a special edition of the magazine highlighting “The 400 Richest People In America.” On the cover: Trump, with his daughter Ivanka Trump and elder son, Donald Trump Jr. That cover image may be viewed at this link. The email also said that Daniels described one tryst in which Trump “made her sit with him for three hours watching Shark Week.”
