Dana DeArmond Tweets TJ Miller, Jordan Vogt-Roberts Harassed Her

LOS ANGELES—In two tweets posted Tuesday, Dec.19, performer Dana DeArmond said she was harassed in 2011 by the star and director of Comedy Central’s Mash Up. “I was harassed by both Tj Miller and the director Jordan Vogt-Roberts shooting for Comedy Central’s Mash Up. I’ve been saying Tj was an asshole for years. So there you go,” she wrote in the first tweet. That was followed shortly thereafter by a tweet offering more details on her reported encounter with Vogt-Roberts. “I wonder if Jordan Vogt-Roberts was a creep to anyone else. After wrapping mash up he invited me for drinks. I thought he was polite when he walked me to my car. He leaned in for a kiss. I said ‘no thank you’ he replied ‘don’t make this weird’ and kissed me anyway,” it reads. DeArmond’s claims come after The Daily Beast reported the claims of an anonymous woman who said Miller hit and sexually assaulted her while the two were in college. Miller has denied the claims, saying the woman was “using the correct climate to bandwagon.” Miller is a comedic actor best known for his work in the HBO series Silicon Valley. Vogt-Roberts directed the recent blockbuster Kong: Skull Island. The two worked together on Mash Up, a half-hour comedy series that aired for one season in 2011. DeArmond, who is also known for her work in mainstream movies and stand-up comedy in addition to performing, did not issue any other statements beyond the initial tweets. Her tweets have been picked up and reported on by a number of news and celebrity gossip outlets, including Vulture, The Daily Beast, New York Daily News and The Huffington Post.
