Girlfriends Releases 'Mother-Daughter Exchange Club 44'

VALENCIA, Calif.—The 44th installment of Girlfriends Films' top-selling series Mother-Daughter Exchange Club is available now online and arrives in stores nationwide July 29. Mother-Daughter Exchange Club 44 revolves around two distinct storylines. The first marks the Girlfriends Films debut of rising starlet Anya Olsen. Commented director Dan O'Connell, "This is the first time Anya has worked with us, and she is terrific! She was paired with Raquel Sieb, who always gives a great performance. This scene will probably go down in the books as one of the (if not THE) best scenes I've ever shot." Tanya Tate, who plays Olsen's mother in the movie, finds a match of her own with Cadence Lux. "This was a case of life imitating art," O'Connell said. "Cadence wanted to shoot with Tanya, so we made a real effort to make it happen. There were certainly firewokrs!" In another scenario, two daughters (Bree Daniels and Charlotte Cross) secretly hatch a plan to get their moms (Karen Fisher and Mindi Mink) involved in the Exchange Club.
