NETbilling Promotes New Call Center Manager

CYBERSPACE—NETbilling Inc., a provider of transaction processing and call center services, has handed over the reins of its call center to longtime employee Brian Howard. Howard joined the NETbilling family in May of 2004 as call center agent, and quickly worked his way up to a lead representative and supervisor. He came to the job with after studying computer science at Antelope Valley College. Last year, after 11 years with NETbilling, Howard was promoted to the company's call center manager position. NETbilling’s CEO Mitch Farber said, “Brian has been an integral part of our NETbilling family for 11 years and does an amazing job with his staff.
