BrightDesire.com Creates Porn Scene With “Happy Birthday” Song

CYBERSPACE—BrightDesire.com could be making history with their latest erotic scene, since it might be the first porn scene to feature the song “Happy Birthday To You.” Now that the popular song has finally entered the public domain, several entertainment companies are jumping at the chance to use the catchy and iconic tune in a variety of media formats, and adult content creators are apparently among them. “This ruling is so important for small filmmakers like myself,” said Ms. Naughty, owner and creative director at Bright Desire. “Dealing with music copyright can be prohibitively expensive when you make independent films. It's great that common sense has prevailed and that we can now use the most popular song in the world in our work—and that includes porn.” In the scene, Mickey Mod, Nichole Shae and Livia Vye gather together for a small birthday celebration full of laughter. Indie porn favorite Mickey does his best impression of Marilyn Monroe singing “Happy Birthday To You” before they light the candles and Livia makes her wish.
