Transgender Erotica Awards Changes 2016 Dates

LOS ANGELES, CA — One of the exciting challenges of scheduling events in L.A. is the fact that so many people are scheduling events in L.A. and only so many weekends in a month. Such proved to be the case for the 2016 Transgender Erotica Awards. The dates for the TEAs have been changed to March 6-7, 2016 due to a scheduling conflict with the Grammy’s and the related high cost of hotel, transport, and entertainment that would be incurred by guests. The event will still be held at the Avalon for the Awards and its connecting property, the Bardot, for the After Party. "We've always run the show on the President’s Day weekend, but this year the clash with the Grammy's has caused us to look at the impact it would have on all of our out of town guests,” said Grooby owner Steven Grooby. “I appreciate it's not ideal to change a date after it's been announced, but I hope it's early enough so plans can be changed and I apologize to anyone who has been unduly inconvenienced.
