Paradise Marketing Announces Major Staff Transitions

VISTA, Calif.—Paradise Marketing announced major transitions within the company’s organization, with new positions and promotions made to restructure the staffing arrangement. With Andrew Adams named national sales manager and Wayne Decker taking the role of chief operating officer, Paradise Marketing is poised for a tremendously successful and streamlined sales season. Adams, an 11-year staff member with an intuitive understanding of the Paradise Marketing brand family, will take over the national sales manager position most recently held by Terry McGowen, who has decided to embark on a new venture outside of the adult industry. Adams first started in the warehouse handling orders from the biggest and most respected condom, lubricant and personal health brands in the country. He quickly mastered the operational aspects and before long Adams cultivated a knack for product education, merchandising and superior customer service. “Terry leaves Paradise Marketing with our respect, friendship and best wishes on his new project, and we are proud to have Andrew step up into this important role,” Paradise Marketing CEO Dennis Paradise said. “Andrew has an innate knowledge of our product lines and our customers’ needs—he has been groomed to take on the responsibilities of this key role and he steps into this position with all of my confidence.
