Annual XCritic Awards Announced on XCritic.com

HOLLYWOOD, Calif.—Online adult review site XCritic.com, whose veteran reviewers participate in several industry award shows, today announced their own picks for the best of the best in the annual XCritic Awards. The XCritic Awards are selected by the staff of XCritic.com. Each XCritic reviewer nominates the talent, titles and directors for each category from thousands of titles reviewed on XCritic in 2013. Senior staff sorts through the nominations to select the final XCritic Awards. The XCritic Awards were an extensive process that spanned the better part of a month and included re-viewing of many titles. The awards are limited to just 22 categories which represents the best work in the adult industry of 2013. "Our reviewers vote in almost every one of the major adult awards, so the XCritic Awards is a preview of some of the things to come this award season", explained Chris Thorne, Editor of XCritic.com. "It's sort of like the porn equivalent of the Golden Globe or Independent Spirit Awards of porn, which both come before the Oscars."
