Quebec-based CrakRevenue is a premium-performing CPA platform that has been a go-to for webmasters since 2010. Its focus: winning marketing strategies, innovative tools and a unique traffic-monetizing expertise acquired from experience as affiliates. The company strongly invests in R&D, resulting in better analytical tools and traffic management methods to increase ROI. CrakRevenue provides a large selection of exclusive, thoroughly tested and proven top-converting international offers for every market. The platform’s innovative take on the market and approach to the traditional affiliate program has been acclaimed by big industry players like AVN and GFY. With comprehensive market insights and in-depth business analysis, CrakRevenue’s partners can enjoy reliability and continuous growth within the business. Marketing VP Jason Rouleau ansswers some questions in this article that originally ran in this year's Webmaster Access show guide.AVN: Talk to us about your plans for expansion and world domination. We see you’re expanding into the German market. Who’s next? Jason Roleau: We really want to focus on tapping into the lesser exploited markets. There are many developed Asian and eastern European countries that we can focus on with the right offers. Marketing to the bottom of the pyramid is something many companies avoid doing due to all of the cultural, lingual and technological barriers. We gladly take on the challenge!Where are you seeing your biggest growth? What general growth trends are you seeing, and where?Mobile, Mobile, Mobile. They’ve been saying it for years and we’re going to repeat it if you still don’t get it: Get into mobile now!Are there any markets that you believe are dried up and have no future? Likewise, are there any new or developing markets opening up for adult affiliates?Unless you’re thinking of launching your company on a dead technology such as VHS or 8mm film, I don’t think any particular market is dying. Many have slowed down and aren’t as lucrative as before. However, with some clever marketing, anything can make money. As for developing markets, IPTV and other such proprietary technologies (think tablets, phones and consoles) are offering users their very own (private) adult experience. I think these platforms will enable us marketers to fine-tune the user experience to such an extent that the role of the customer will change from being solicited to becoming a solicitor. On-demand movies, live webcam shows and other interactive technologies are going to take up a bigger share of the market.Would you encourage people to become adult affiliates now? If so, what is your most effective pitch to urge them to enter the industry? I encourage anyone to become an adult affiliate. However, I always caution them that this industry has changed in the past few years. Only those that are organized, determined and ready to treat their online business the same way they would treat any brick-and-mortar business will make it in the long run. Gone are the days where you could work two hours a day and retire at the age of 30. There is considerable time and energy that needs to be invested before you can make it in our industry. What are you most optimistic about for your own company and the industry as a whole? We are currently coming out of a rough curve in our history. The tube model, the change in the affiliate model, the Google slaps and a whole slew of other factors changed the game for everyone. Many companies weren’t able to adapt quickly enough while others found an opportunity to prosper. Today, there is a whole new generation of webmasters who are innovating and bringing our industry to the next level. I’m glad to say we are part of that wave.
