@BarackObama Follows Wicked Pictures on Twitter - UPDATE

LOS ANGELES—No, really, the President actually does follow the venerable Wicked Pictures studio on Twitter. Comedian Pat House discovered the incredible fact this weekend and even had the presence of mind to take a pic. Glen Tickle at Geekosystem.com investigated a little further, confirmed with House the veracity of the photo, and even found a few previous porn-related Twitter accounts also followed by the prez. Okay, okay, before we get a visit from the NSA, the President probably doesn’t know a thing about any of this. He doesn’t even run the darn account. Per Tickle, “The @BarackObama account follows a lot of people, and control of the account is the hands of a few people, none of whom are Barack Obama himself. With 660,000 accounts being followed, some of them have to be porn. That’s just statistics.” A group called Organizing for Action actually runs @BarackObama, and apparently does a pretty good job of it, though Tickle kind of scolded them over the porn, writing, “Seriously though. Organizing for Action, get your act together. There’s a few obvious rules when you’re in charge of the President’s Twitter account, and not following porn accounts is one of them.” Tickle also checked with the DoesFollow program and discovered that the President’s account has followed two other flesh-loving Twitter accounts—@ILikeTitsDaily and @PlayBoyMan. “I checked with DoesFollow.com,” he added, “and it looks like @BarackObama has since stopped following @PlayBoyMan, but is still following @ILikeTitsDaily.” We would have stayed with that one, too.  Wicked Pictures, by the way, can be followed on Twitter here. You’ll be in good company. UPDATE Well, whaddya know? Now we're told that @BarackObama also follows AVN. Impressive.
